Salt Agency always strives to provide high-quality services to every client. However, in certain situations, clients may request a refund.

Refund Conditions

  1. Service not delivered as agreed

    • If the agreed service was not performed according to the contract terms, the client may request a partial or full refund.

  2. Time or service limitations

    • If the service could not be delivered within the agreed timeframe, the client may request a partial refund or a credit toward a future service.

How to Request a Refund

Please note: All refund requests are reviewed individually by Salt Agency according to the terms of the contract.
